The weather has turned for the better!

 I have been riding for 13 days with only 1 short day.  Usually, on a long trip, I will take a day off every 4th day.  The days have worn on me with my ribs experiencing pain from fighting the cross winds.  On the return trip from Denver I will take a more leisurely pace.  Some of the legs out here the last few days were beautiful but again I took a beating from the winds.  There is a certain peace that comes with those rides and when I stop to look back it amazes me the size of this country!

But Ray arrived from his long route through California then up to Montana. And I arrived to our Airbnb.

We are 1 mile from the action and the place is packed with 5,000 attending and more walking in.  More to follow.
